Sorting the Gordon

Gentlemen,

Below is how the registration went with respect to Gordon Room requests. Some of us requested multiple room reservations. Please get with your party and make sure they are planning to come. The rooms at the Gordon are ultimately guaranteed by the Founder, and he wants to be assured that the rooms will be used. The Gordon has 12 two bed rooms and six three bed rooms. The current requests exceeds those limits. I will be contacting you for your personal guarantee before making the final room assignments.
